TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING (60%):
• Build talent pool for all the positions in the company, especially sales departments nationwide
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job posting platforms, social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Make a job offer to the candidate & negotiate when necessary
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Support & follow up with the new hires for smooth onboarding
• Involve in employer branding initiatives & activities
• Act as Brand ambassador to promote professional company image through online or offline channels.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
ANALYSIS (40%):
• Meet with other Human Resources teams (i.e C&B, L&OD, etc.) to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company
• Analyze recruitment data but not limited recruitment process, effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate pools, departments’ needs, market trends, marketing activities to define the recruitment strategies & recruitment plans.
• Build up internal applicant tracking system & forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Conduct market intelligence analysis especially in electronic industry to get insight from market movement.
• Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
• Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages
• Experience in employer branding.
• Excellent analytical skills.
