- Review, monitor and make appropriate changes for Customers Journey across all products and processes.
- Monitor Campaign effectiveness and cost effectiveness for all campaigns.
- Design Campaign mechanism and prepare/review required documents: BRD, CHR, CBA...; in particular for any testing.
- Create the communication content for different channels: HTML/rich media emails, online and mobile campaigns
- Initiates and cooperates with Marketing and Product team on preparation of CRM campaigns
- Design, implement, monitor, assess communication campaigns
- Provide Insights, Design and implementation Initiatives for all segments of customers.
- Understand customer behavior, perception and adaptation to fulfill their expectations and increase customer lifetime value.
- Other tasks requested by CLM Management.
- Banking/ finance/ e-commerce experience of 2-3 years
- Experience with segment management, especially regarding loyalty aspects
- Understanding of campaign management & financial product
- Good command of English
