- Lead, manage, recruit & develop a team of Content Moderators, helping them to achieve their full potential and maintain high standards and quality of work.
- Ensure that all services are delivered within the framework's core values and in line with existing policies and procedures
- Actively promote and support inclusion, ensuring that individuals are supported to participate in community and work opportunities according to their interests and goals
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed
WORKING TIME:
- 6 days/ week, 8 hours/ day (6 AM - 23 PM), support Night Shift (If any)
- 1-year minimum supervising/leading a team of 20 or more people, in a call center/contact center environment.
- Experience in a high-growth organization is strongly preferred.
- English communication skill
- Periodical bonus: twice/year
