• Do administration for Salesforce B2B eCommerce platform with knowledge of multiple interfaces (SAP Sales & Distribute module)
• Defect handling (1st and 2nd level support): analyzing issues within the system landscape and solution implementation in Salesforce
• Customizing of master data within Salesforce backend and SAP Sales & Distribute module
• Update configurations and translations in Salesforce Backend depending on new feature implementation or Rollouts
• Optional: Development of features within Salesforce (back- and frontend) to improve eCommerce solution
• Salesforce B2B Commerce knowledge
• Mandatory: Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Additional: Salesforce Developer Certification
• 2 years working experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• SAP SD knowledge - Customer and Material Master Data, Pricing and Conditions
• Analytical thinking, understanding and interest for IT solutions with multiple interfaces and their processes
• Intense communication with multiple stakeholders regarding defect solving
• English language: fluent
• (Optional) JIRA, confluence, MF ALM
