I. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Governance
- Leading all functions of the Finance & Accounting department of the Company, ensuring the actualization of the Company's short-term and long-term strategic and financial budget goals.
- Managing budget and cash flow related activities; controlling, and warning of over-budget usage.
- Consulting long-term development and operation strategy. Analyzing to forecast revenue/market trends, costs, finding out the root of the problem, developing plans and actions for breakthroughs.
2. Optimize financial performance
- Actively hunting for opportunities to boost financial performance to ensure the Company achieves annual milestones and Vision.
- Analyzing and forecasting market trends. From these forecasts, strategies related to business activities will be developed accurately and appropriately.
3. Fundraising
- Taking responsibility for fundraising from banks and investors; building and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with banks and investors.
- Developing short-term and long-term budgets.
4. Financial analysis
- Synthesize information, analyze and present financial reports to stakeholders, ensuring information is transparent, accurate and on time.
- Responsible for building a civilized workplace; set regulations and standards for other departments to implement.
5. Other duties
- Control risks of the enterprise in business activities, and ensure that the Company complies with the provisions of law.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
II. KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Achieve the company's annual capital mobilization and profit target.
- Lead the project to negotiate with suppliers to increase the number of days payable, reduce the number of days of inventory.
- Manage financial plan & budget, and financial strategy to promote the Vision.

- Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the position of CFO, used to be CFO of a public company.
- Fundraising: Used to successfully raise capital from 5-10 million USD together with the CEO/founder.
- Bank loan: Having a network with a bank branch director (decision maker), having successfully mobilized bank loans of at least VND 50 billion.
- Having a business mindset, seeing opportunities when working with business partners: used to lead successful projects (project leader), attract business partners to cooperate, invest in the company, negotiate good terms, make the working capital of the company increased from 50-100 billion.
- Successfully building a successful financial strategy for the company to grow 2-3 times during the time as CFO with a minimum revenue of 1000 billion.

- Excellent in English.
