- To plan and execute Regional Channel Marketing strategies, platforms and plans for respective region to ensure that these activities are implemented effectively & efficiently according to KPIs set to execute winning behavior changes at the point of purchase/ consumption
- To plan and execute Activation & Promotion, Channel Development, Experience & Key Accounts, Merchandising & Loyalty strategies, platforms and plans for respective region according to KPIs set
- To follow up the execution of the campaigns to have proper actions, if any.
- To work closely with Channel Marketing Manager- Regions to develop and deliver Regional Channel Marketing strategies, platforms and plans for respective region
- To analyze sales performance, evaluate the efficiencies of the campaigns and work closely with Regional Brand & Sales teams to ensure winning choices for key channels and meet & consumer’s needs & wants
- To identify POSM requirements and develop new POSM
- To lead, develop & motivate Channel Executive to perform as company requirements
- To manage expenditures (TME) against Budget set
- To monitor effectiveness of agencies/Suppliers on his activation execution as well as manage VBL assets in the field.
- University Degree in Business Administration, Economics & Marketing is preferable
Knowledge of professionally advertising, culture and sociology
- At least 03- 04 years working experiences in the relevant field in beverage industry/ FMCG
- Decision maker. Good communication, negotiation & presentation skills
Analytical thinking and problem- solving skills
- Ready to travel frequently
- Conversation with spoken, written English and PC such as Microsoft Office/ Photoshop
- To give inputs for Channel Segmentation Review & New Channel Development, Channel Initiatives to meet market/consumer changes
- To execute Trade MKT Role in Excellent Outlet Execution (EOE Program) to ensure doing the thing right at market place
