You will take on the role of Customer Care Officer of Vinamilk's Shopee E-commerce Channel

– Respond to customer messages on the mailbox, answer questions and needs about customers' products (product feature value, how to order, purchase, payment,...);

– Support customers to place orders, consult product information, promotions,... to increase the success rate of orders;

– Receiving complaints or questions related to product quality and service quality;

– Other tasks and reports at the request of the Head of Department.

– Vinamilk Head Office at 10 Tan Trao Street, District 7, HCMC;

– Graduated from College/University, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Marketing;

– Candidates with experience in the field of customer care on Shopee channel;

– Proficient in office informatics (excel, powerpoint);

– Good operational and situational handling skills;

– Communication skills, coordination of work with store partners, store staff and many related departments;

– High work pressure, hard work, hard work, honesty, carefulness, responsibility;
