1. Assist tenants with submitting and collecting sales revenue figures
2. Daily check revenue figures and update into system
3. Solve problems relating to operation of tenants like refund card, cash machine faults, credit machine error…
4. Regularly check to ensure company regulations and procedures are enforced
5. Ensure tenant payment and deposit be paid in full as timeline
6. Be responsible for documents related to changes of tenancy agreement such as notification, termination, liquidation…
7. Instruct and train tenant staffs about machine using, process of closing and making related documents
8. Handle customer request if any
9. Deliver periodical reports as accounting regulations and requirements from Management
10. Other tasks as assigned
1. Bachelor degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration...)
2. No experience required. Candidates who have 1 – 3 years of experience in the relevant field is an advantage.
3. Basic communication in English;
4. Have good teamwork spirit and customer-focused mindset;
5. Good at Microsoft Office (Especially Excel).
