o Act as Project Management for new concepts/business sectors until launching.
o Preparing the feasibility study report for new concepts and new business sectors to confirm any opportunities.
o Building business model and financial model for new concepts or new business sectors.
• Business performance review (30%)
o Running business performance review monthly or quaterly for each concept and each business model.
o Point out any findings driving low performance, in term of menu, cost, etc…
• Market research (20%)
o Proactive in looking for opportunities to expand the company’s business and improve profit, including studying the trends of market and developing plans based on the current market scenario as Competitor Analysis in restaurant business, Market Entry strategy, Strategic Planning, Business Planning.
o Full understanding on business transaction as franchising, joint-venture,…

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing. Master is preferable.
• At least 7 years working in similar areas (Business Development/Marketing/Project Management/F&B Manager…)
• Experience in business development in F&B or good knowledge about the market scenario is key strength.
• Excellent analytic and logical thinking.
• Advanced in MS Office. Owned theory and model is another strength.
• PowerBI/Data Visualization is preferred.
• Good at English and communication skills.
• Keen observation skills in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and develop plans accordingly.
• Creativity and innovative thinking in order to develop new business plans.
• Excellent decision making.
