You will take on the role of Vinamilk's Shopee Channel Order Processor (Sales Admin)

– Understand all promotions of the company;

– Remember the current promotions, the system does not meet the data recording;

– Distinguish groups of goods;

– Understand the distribution scope and distribution channel of each group of goods;

– Receive all orders via call center, email, fax, departments in the company;

– Ensure all orders received are processed to the system accurately and on time;

– Follow up on the software to guide/support/remind customers.

– Vinamilk Head Office at 10 Tan Trao Street, District 7, HCMC;

– Experience from 1 to 2 years in equivalent positions;

– Candidates with experience in processing orders on Shopee platform;

– Graduated from University or higher;

– Have good communication and situational skills;

– Proficient in Microsoft office (will manipulate a lot of Microsoft software to handle problems related to customer service);

– Skillful, agile, honest, enthusiastic;

– Good voice;
