- Patrol frequently and check tenant’s business/ operation to ensure tenants run business smoothly. Meeting with tenants to understand their situation and have ideas for business/ operation improvement;
- Follow & analyze tenant’s business results to figure out boost sales ideas to achieve sales & rent targets in the assigned category;
- Collaborate with tenants and other department (internal & external) for promotions/ events/ campaign to attract customer & boost sales;
- Assist lease out a lot in the assigned category, lease signage board/ storage. Follow & support new tenants to open on time & run business smoothly;
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and assigned reports;
- Collaborate with others departments to solve tenant inquiries/ complaints/ problems;
- Follow document tasks for an assigned category such as making e-Document, payment request, tenancy agreement, appendix… on time;
- Survey competitors & market to gain awareness of market trends & brands;
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree, in any field;
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English;
- 1 - 2 years working experience is preferred (Fresher can be trained);
- Willing to work in shift: shift A 8:30 am – 5:30 pm – shift C 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm (01-02 shift C/per week);
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Be careful & accurate, good team-work and communication skills.
5 days/ week - OFF days are not fixed on weekends, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm & shift C: 1:30 pm – 10:30 pm - Everage 01-02 shift C/per week)
