1. Handle tasks related to reception area (guess welcome, operator). Manage in and out correspondence, update the office telephone lisk
2. Supervise suppliers quality of flower, plant decoration... and others related to office facility
3. Book logistics for company's local business trips, order stationeries, miscellanous for head office. Follow up and make payments for offices' expenses
4. Consolidate and update office expenses monthly to direct report/managers.
5. In charge of paper work processing to suppliers
6. Support tasks related to opening new offices/branches (correspondences, secuirty, cleaners...)
7. Any other incurred requests from line manager/Department Heads/ Other Department/ Country President
