• Collaborate closely with Digital Sales & Customer Centricity teams on B2B / telesales deployment plan & execution
• align customer selection criteria & list for digital sales scale up (B2B, telesales) and drive onboarding customers as per annual RTC transformation roadmap; support regional sales team in customer acquisition
• Monitor agenda & progress of B2B & telesales to ensure smooth transition to new way of working
• Monitor & tracking with sales team, DDT to ensure smooth transition to new way of working
• University graduate in Business Administration/Economics
• 6 years working ( commercial FMCG ) of which at least 2 years in sales
• Sales field experience is the plus
• Negotiations skills
• Analytics skills (working in Excel SQL)
• Deep understanding of RTM & strong background in sales field, sales operation
• Excellent communication skills
• Drives to win, able to distill and define objectives from broad directions, organize time & resources and motivate others towards achieving these objectives
• Adapts well, overcomes obstacles & defines trade-off choices and alternative solutions if faced with barriers
• Leads by accountability, focuses on tasks end-to-end, holds self & others accountable
• Team-player, knows how to generate support and manage cross-functionally without hierarchy, able to ask for help and recognize others’ contributions
• Connected to current news & developments, actively demonstrates knowledge of broad business, salesforce & RTM data systems and digital / software trends
• Well-organized and dependable, manages well timelines and milestones, creates visibility on projects & deliverables, communicates risks early and proactively manages alignment between stakeholders
• Able to travel for work across Vietnam, incl. work outstation over weekly periods, and able to participate in market visits
